I am beginning to develop great interest in the
French Language. Your pronunciation is very distinct and with your lesson, I am pretty sure that I will be fluent in French. Merci beaucoup, Monsieur Adrien.

I am a little confused with the à le and au because I notice when it is feminine it does not change it stays à la example:je vais à la plage which is Im going to the beach but when you say I’m going to the office it is Je vais au bureau. instead of je vais à la bureau.
Can someone explain this to me?
Thanks

You’re right. It only changes in the masculine from à le to au… le bureau… au bureau… à la does not contract to au… same thing with the l’… à l’aéroport… to the airport… we don’t use au there either.
